St. Stephen’s operates on a consistent school-day schedule across all levels, with flexibility to support your family’s needs. Morning carpool begins at 8:00 a.m. each day. Orientation and Primary families may opt for a Partial Day schedule (note: this option is not available for Kindergarten students).

If you need to drop off or pick up your child outside of carpool hours, please check in at the Main Reception Desk at 1805 W Alabama.

  • Morning Carpool (All Levels)

    • 8:00 – 8:15 a.m.

  • Orientation (15 months – 3 years)

    • Before Care: starting at 7:15 a.m.
    • Partial Day Carpool: 11:45 a.m.
    • Full Day Carpool: 2:30 p.m.
    • Sibling/Activity Care: Pick up by 3:30 p.m. at Main Reception (1805 W Alabama)
    • After Care: Pick up by 6:00 p.m. at Pecore Hall (1800 Sul Ross)

  • Primary (3 years – Kindergarten)

    • Before Care: starting at 7:15 a.m.
    • Partial Day Carpool: 11:45 a.m.
    • Full Day Carpool: 2:45 p.m.
    • Sibling/Activity Care: Pick up by 3:30 p.m. at the playground gate or 1822 Sul Ross ramp
    • After Care: Pick up by 6:00 p.m. at the playground gate or 1822 Sul Ross ramp

  • Elementary (Grades 1–6)

    • Before Care: starting at 7:15 a.m.
    • Early Dismissal Carpool: 12:00 p.m.
    • End-of-Day Carpool: 3:30 p.m.
    • After Care: Pick up by 6:00 p.m. at Pecore Hall (1800 Sul Ross)

  • Middle Years (Grades 7–8)

    • Before Care: starting at 7:15 a.m.
    • Early Dismissal Carpool: 12:00 p.m.
    • End-of-Day Carpool: 3:30 p.m.
    • After Care: Pick up by 6:00 p.m. at Pecore Hall (1800 Sul Ross)
